VISA

EU citizens are not required to obtain a visa for stays of up to 14 days in Oman. However, if you plan to stay longer, there are two options available to you. Firstly, you can apply for a tourist visa online in advance, for that please use only the official website of the Royal Oman Police: www.evisa.rop.gov.com
Alternatively, you also have the possibility to obtain a visa on arrival.

Dont change much at the airport because the rate is very bad. You can change money in one of the many currency exchanges in the city or inside the mall. You do not need an international driving license to rent a car from us. We accept driving licenses from EU countries, as well as from many other countries worldwide. BEST TIME TO TRAVEL

The best time to travel to Oman is typically from October to April. During these months, the daytime temperatures are pleasant, averaging around 30 degrees Celsius, while nights are comparatively cooler at around 20 degrees Celsius. It’s important to note that temperatures can drop significantly, especially in the deserts and mountains, reaching as low as 5 degrees Celsius during January and February. On the other hand, from May to September, Oman experiences hot and humid weather, with temperatures averaging around 40 degrees Celsius.
