Per calendar day, not per 24 hours. The day you collect and the day you return each count as one day, whatever the time. Collect Thursday morning, return Saturday evening = 3 days. There are no half days and no hourly rates — if you want a late return, add a day.
Nothing when you request. You pay for the rental at the depot when you collect — by payment link, card or cash.
No deposit and no card hold. Your liability is limited to the OMR 150 insurance excess.
You collect from our depot, we run a small, simple fleet of V6 Mitsubishis and we don't sell peak-date surcharges. You don't get less: the kit is bigger than the typical competitor's.
Yes. Every car is a V6 automatic with 4WD and low range. For soft sand, let the tyres down to about 15 psi and take the recovery kit.
A valid driving licence from your home country, plus your passport or Omani ID. Both drivers must show theirs at the depot. Check whether you need an International Driving Permit for your nationality.
Yes — two drivers are included at no fee. Name the second driver in your request or at the depot.
Only for Wahiba Sands and any dune driving. It is not needed for wadis or the Jebel Shams road. It costs OMR 5/day per car.
Yes. Our confirmation email is your booking — reply to it to change or cancel.

In Muscat, 15 minutes from the airport. Pickup is at the depot only, 08:00–18:00.
Peak dates 20 Dec – 7 Jan are not offered. For Eid, request early — once a weekend is taken it's gone; we don't overbook.
