How a group booking works
From request to a quote in your inbox — usually within a day.

Send the request. Dates, how many Pajeros and Monteros, roughly how many people, recovery kit or ground tents. Two minutes on the form.

Quote within 24 hours. We check the whole fleet for your dates and send one quote in OMR with the per-car breakdown and, for agents, the net rate.

Confirm the quote. One invoice, payment terms agreed on the quote. We hold the cars while we finalise the dates with you.

Confirmation per car. Each car gets a confirmation with the lead driver's name and your reference. Send us the driver list up to 7 days before pickup.

Collection in Muscat. Your group collects at the Muscat depot together; one briefing for everyone, keys, wadi guide + GPX by email.

Request a group quoteHow many cars can I book at once?
Set the quantity on the request page and send it. We confirm availability across the whole fleet within 24 hours.
Do you pay agent commission?
Registered agents get a net rate (public rate less commission). The percentage is confirmed on your quote.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. We issue one invoice in OMR, with payment terms agreed on the quote.
Will the confirmation be in my client's name?
Yes. Each car gets a confirmation with the lead driver's name and your reference.
Is there a deposit?
Nothing is due until collection unless your quote says otherwise.
Can we change dates or drop a car?
Tell us as early as you can. Changes are handled case by case and confirmed in writing.
Do you deliver to hotels or the airport for groups?
Pickup is at the Muscat depot, 15 minutes from the airport. Ask us if you need something different.
